As executor of an estate, I was looking to sell a house. It needed a lot of repair and updating which I was not able to do. I received a flyer in the mail from Des Moines Home Buyers, LLC. I decided to just see what it would be worth, "as is". I made an appointment with Mr. Freedman to look at the property. He arrived at the appointed time, looked the property over and made a fair offer. We completed the offer on the same day. He was accommodating with the closing date. Due to a minor legal issue , I was unable to close on the selected date. This was not a problem with Mr. Freedman and another date was chosen. The remainder of the papers were completed and I received a check for the agreed upon price at closing. The entire process was easy and fair.

Levi is great! Long story...we had to sell an old house that my husband owned but we had never seen. Levi made an offer, we accepted and closed within a month without ever having to fly to Iowa from California. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone trying to sell their old house in the area.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company. I have seen those yellow postcards and the signs everywhere for a long time, but it seemed dubious at best. My house was dirty and needed many updates and repairs, so I thought I wouldn't get much for it. A deal with my old neighbor fell through and several realtors never even bothered to return my calls. Levi immediately got back to me and was very polite and interested in buying my house. This is a huge deal to me and I have never sold a house before, so I wanted to proceed carefully. There were no catches at all and Levi handled every last detail perfectly. I got more for my house than I thought I ever would. I needed help getting my washer & dryer out of the basement, and Levi sent two men over who quickly and easily accomplished that and even loaded my refrigerator onto my truck. I can't tell you how relieved I was to get everything done and on my timeline. If I ever have to sell a house again, I won't hesitate to contact this company first and I highly recommend it to anyone.
